Quickest interview process I've ever been through. Was very impressed that the COO and CTO took the time to explain the company and industry to me during my interview and answered all my questions. The team is very passionate about the work they are doing and the impact it will have on the overall industry! LayerZero has a welcoming company culture and you'll be able to work with the best co-workers. Since it's a small and growing company there are tons of growth opportunities. I've been able to work on many projects outside of my regular job duties. Super excited to get in as an early employee to a company that is so groundbreaking.Cons
