Diversity Programs & Initiatives

At Level, we believe in the value of investing in individuality and diversity. We recognize systematic discrimination and how it impacts marginalized groups, then seek our very best to ensure we're living out our core values at heart to change the status quo. Here is some of what we have done:

  • Create a DEI Slack channel: This channel is used for knowledge and information sharing, and sends various calls to action for individuals to get involved in their communities. 
  • Celebrate Black History Month, Latinx History Month Women's History Month, etc: Level takes pride in celebrating various backgrounds and emphasizes bringing your authentic self to the workplace. We engage in these months or day of activities by bringing in eternal speakers, hosting community forum discussions, etc. to create a dialogue and promote deeper learning. 
  • Mandatory Diverse Interview Panels: All candidates interviewing for a position at Level are guaranteed to be interviewed and evaluated by a diverse panel, therefore minimizing the risk of unintentional bias. Our guidelines and practices are constantly evolving as we learn what works and what doesn't.
