Pros

They did something genius. Instead of laying off they offset it with lowering the company match in 401k so instead of laying off ppl they didn’t do match or cut it for a few months. They actually gave us a raise then they were so happy they gave everyone another raise lo it was amazing. They gave quarter bonus of $5k so literally with the quarter bonus you can cover rent or buy a new car or buy a Harley. It was truly the most rewarding job I’ve ever done. Of course their is slow downs but I left after they went public & I’m sure things are different now.

Cons

Honestly nothing. When comparing to other ones this is by far the best company. I would say that washing ppe there should be a washer on site w a mobile locker room so you can seperate and blend more in as well as it could cut down on expenses of gear & less wear n tear on the buses they drive or vehicles. So the other shift will clean them and dry them then you come in like it’s game time and put on your shiny jersey. Lol I’m joking but always have a local sandwich or food person near by. The amount of money spent on gas stations is insane you can choose a new person every month and get startups to come & they could get a tax break as well allows employees buying food the opportunity to invest in new food companies. Also sponsors so instead of a energy drink sponsoring a team they can sponsor a company and when the crew travels they also promote the drinks all over the country to other workers in the field. Idk I think tools are also able to do that

SAFETY CULTURE

At Liberty, safety is embodied in the culture that we have created because our people are our most valuable asset. Liberty’s turnover rates are consistently 3 to 4 times lower than the industry average allowing our teams to work cohesively and safely, day or night. Our employees have access to a robust in house training program, The Liberty Frac Academy, that keeps them on the forefront of technology and safety.

In 2018, almost 4 million miles were driven with no unsafe driving violations and no reportable crashes.Additionally, Liberty was pleased to be awarded the Colorado Commercial Motor Carriers President’s Trophy for the best safety program in April 2017

FIELD SAFETY

FIELD SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE (FSR)

Each Liberty crew has a Field Safety Representative (FSR) on their team. The FSRs use the Behavior Based Safety Model to observe human trends in the workplace and predict incidents with the goal of preventing them from happening. From location audits to DOT spot checks on vehicles, the FSRs role is to keep personnel, equipment and the environment safe.

LOCATION SAFETY FOLDERS (LSF)

Every Liberty crew is equipped with a digital tablet that stores location-specific emergency data for easy access on the job. The unit automatically syncs to our online library to ensure the most up to date Safety Data Sheets are available. Additionally, hard copies of emergency data are maintained on site should the need arise.
