Pros
Clearly an important problem to work on, there have been no major improvements in clinical trials for decades. Team is growing with more industry experience and people who learned what works and what doesn't at the more traditional CROsCons
Still pretty new so a decent amount of client education is needed, and working across such a broader area of medicine means you've got to pick up new condition areas quickly.
