Endless opportunities: After working at Locus I don't think I could ever go back to a company that's not still in its growth phase. The team here is building everything from the ground up, from marketing and branding, to new technologies, science, business strategy and R&D, meaning employees can be involved in many aspects beyond their job title if they want. Fun, innovative work: The work is fast-paced, yet so much fun. You get to come up with ideas =from scratch and turn them into new divisions and products. The team here is composed of some of the brightest minds and driven leaders, which makes coming to work each day exciting, challenging and fulfilling. Freedom: Locus FS provides the perfect working environment for self-starters looking for freedom and who want to take on more responsibility. The sky is the limit and every voice is heard. You can really make an impact here. Benefits: Benefits are great, schedule is flexible and employees are all well taken care of.

Cons

Startup companies often don't have formal processes in place, can be chaotic and certain roles may not have a lot of oversight or direction provided. For those who are used to a very structured company with specific roles, processes and oversight, it may be a difficult adjustment.
