I've had a wonderful experience at Logikcull so far. The product is very cool and super value add to a wide swath of businesses who need to make their legal processes work more efficiently. Everyone is super bright and also very kind and helpful. I'm impressed at the level of sophistication of processes given the size and stage of the business.Cons
Not a ton I can note. Typical chaos of a growing start up which is also what makes it fun. I'm the type of person who misses being in an office so I wouldn't mind some sort of limited employee fund for co-working, but it's not a huge issue.At Logikcull we prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and rather than it just being words on a website, we speak through actions. In the past we've had guest speakers come to our All Hands to speak about important topics such as unconscious bias and microaggressions, we've donated money to organizations creating systemic change, and we've given free Logikcull subscriptions, and support to nonprofits working to create systemic change.
In 2020, we created a paid internship program for underrepresented and underserved individuals, which we continue to host every year. We prioritize diversity in all forms and thrive on creating an inclusive environment. For 3 quarters in a row, 100% of Logikbots (that's what we call ourselves) said they felt welcome and included.
