I have grown both professionally and personally at Loop, There's a fantastic wellness benefit that allows for this. - autonomy is clear here. we get to hear the WHY behind decisions. we are trusted beyond belief. - the people at Loop alone are worth working here. they work hard, they're curious, they love solving problems. I feel I am surrounded by great company at Loop. - compensation and benefits - in a world where the tech space is constantly taking away, the leaders at Loop shall giveth. But honestly, this isn't big tech, so the compensation, equity, and benefits are different. but still extremely competitive. - we're remote-first. SOOO many companies are returning to office, and we're staying remote. our CEO is in office frequently, but we will even hear him say we are remote, first.Cons
- we're a growing and scaling tech company, this comes with frequent changes and pivots. this is not for everyone, and unfortunately people may end their Loop roads for this reason. - now that we're larger, not everyone knows everyone. which is OK, and all part of being at a growing tech company. - one thing I wish we could do at Loop is scrap Personalysis, and adopt a new program/tool/something to better understand our working styles, and how these styles can work with other people and their styles.
