Listen...anyone who's been in automotive for any length of time knows that it's not for the faint of heart. It's a business where you have to work very hard to be successful. Being on the vendor side you're always in a position where you have to have to prove and re-prove your value month over month. This means being engaged with your clients and anticipating their needs. The product is phenomenal, but it doesn't sell itself, nor does it retain itself either. It takes vigilance and a mastery of the industry to truly unlock and communicate the value of what it can do. That's where the rubber hits the road frankly. If you're willing to work, to learn, to invest in yourself and truly become a subject matter expert...you will be HUGELY successful at Lotlinx. There is nothing preventing you from this being the single best career move of your life. But if you're expecting to cruise on in and take a back seat, you won't last long. My experience there was fantastic. My team was engaged and happy and we loved what we did. Not all days were perfect, but we were a winning team and a tight knit group. The one thing we all had in common? We didn't expect to have anything handed to us. The incentives are attainable, the product is second to none, and the opportunities here are boundless...if you put in the work, you will have the most successful chapter in your career ever and you'll be very well taken care of. Things change quickly because the needs of clients and the industry itself changes quickly...if that's not your speed then this isn't the right industry for you to be in. The only other con is that occasionally some folks are given a bit too much leeway for too long.
