Pros
Cofounders and research team are visionaries, at the top of their game in the 3D AI space. There is a lot of promise for the products and very fast-paced innovation to match. Company is not bogged down by indecision.Cons
There's a lack of people management/structure, but that is to come. When things are so fast paced, there is not always the space to spend time on creating process or structure.
