Pros

The level of support provided in this company is not typical of most work environments. This is due to the active engagement of upper management in every aspect of the company and their focus on teamwork. The communication among all levels of employees is exceptional, with everyone from the CEO to coworkers invested in each other's success. This company upholds high moral standards and values a strong work ethic, making it a great place to work.

Cons

There aren't many, but if I had to pick something, I would like to see more PTO for tenured associates and better healthcare.
