An amazing product, and working to help the lives of Canadians is inspiring.

Cons

- Zero work-life balance. The amount of work is completely unmanageable, and the expectations are astoundingly unrealistic. I work all the time, and it's common to see people online on slack late into the night, receiving emails at all hours of the day and night - I've never experienced this level of micro management before. Absolutely zero trust for people, teams and the expertise that individuals bring. It's seemingly impossible to move anything forward as the layers of oversight are slow and tedious. The simplest task needs to be reviewed/approved - Big clique culture. If you're in, you're golden, but if you're not your efforts and contributions will be completely overlooked and ignored - High turnover, leading to chaos and constantly onboarding/offboarding new people
