Pros

Working for something that you truly love and believe in is incredibly rewarding. It's a new standard that's been made for me and I wouldn't want it any other way. Marco Polo makes it easy to love not only the product that we offer but also love the people that we get to work with.

Cons

If remote work isn't for you, this would be a difficult job to do. But it's something I enjoy.
