• MarketStar Women in Business: This employee resource group is open to all women and allies. Its mission is to amplify the women of MarketStar to pursue their goals by creating opportunity, providing support, developing skills, and building confidence.
• Career Events with Minority Groups: MarketStar partners with local and national minority organizations to provide career fairs, resume workshops, and mock interviews to underrepresented minorities.
• Employee Benefits: MarketStar offers childcare assistance and tuition reimbursement. This helps working parents get adequate care for their children and ambitious employees to get the education they need to move up in their career.
• Latino Entrepreneurship: MarketStar has partnered with Weber State University and Suazo to provide funding and training to bolster entrepreneurialism among Latinos in our community.
