Pros

Fair market value. Company offers generous year end bonus to local employees if regional business units show profit. Have been working in the agency 5+ years. Enjoys the creative vibes, diversity of clients and projects. Nice group of people with no ego nor politics. Management members are quality people and hands on.

Cons

Fast train. Deadlines driven. Complex business challenges working with global clients that can be demanding.
