Very employee-oriented, great work-life balance, very much a family feel. I have experience with other companies in this space and Mede has by far been the most positive to date. I also researched Mede with colleagues in this industry before I applied (and took the job) and heard nothing but positive things. I feel the organization does a great job orienting new employees as well as keeping their finger on the pulse of career trajectories.Cons
