We got our start in 2005, with our first fiber optic network in Greencastle, Indiana, and are now offering service or under construction in over 300 communities across 16 states. All Metronet services are delivered across our 100% fiber-optic network made up of thousands of miles of fiber-optic cables connected directly to homes and businesses.

Intern Orientation

On your first day of orientation, our interns hear from our CEO, John Cinelli. Our 3-day orientation consists of great icebreakers, lunches, and learning from the leaders of the company sharing who they are and what their departments do.

Professional Development

We provide Professional Development opportunities every week for our Internship! We bring speakers in to talk about topics like public speaking, personal finance, and networking. We even provide lunch for every meeting!

Intern Nights Out

We believe in having fun and getting to know your coworkers outside of the office. During their first week, our interns get a tour of Evansville from the Mayor, Lloyd Winnecke, dinner, and time to network!

Final Presentation Day

At the end of every summer, our interns get the opportunity to present to our senior leadership to showcase the projects they were able to work on and complete during their summer program.
