D&I Programs and Initiatives:

• Fair Pay Initiative: In 2022, Metso made a one-time investment of EUR 2.2 million to correct the identified individual, unexplained gender-related pay gaps. Read more here.
• Women’s Mentoring Program: In 2022, we ran a mentoring program for our women, with many of our senior executives participating as mentors. In a male-dominated industry, the advancement of women as professionals and leaders is important to us.
