Pros

I enjoy working at Meyers Associates for many reason. First, the firm has a very talented and hard working back office staff. From compliance to operations, the firm runs as smoothly as a swiss clock. Secondly, the freedom to the broker's work style is great. Meyers allows each broker to follow their own trading style and business model. Very Entrepreneurial and the partners will support you in your endevours. Everyone seems to get along. There are a few exceptions of course, but good energy all around.

Cons

Regulators are constantly engaged. Very difficult for a rookie to start here. Firm more ideal for a seasoned professional.
