Giving Back

Midland Credit Management Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs represent our commitment to giving back to the communities that we call our own. Our mission is to support economic empowerment within our key CSR pillars of Education, Job Training, and Basic Support Services, allowing our employees around the world to contribute time, passion, and money to causes that are important to them and to the company.

Our CSR programs support these efforts with financial literacy education in our Money Matters curriculum, employee volunteer opportunities, direct charitable donations and donation matching, and strategic nonprofit partnerships that allow our employees to give back and our communities to grow stronger because of their dedication and integrity. 

We help thousands of families in our communities and beyond.

  • We’ve launched a financial literacy program called “Money Matters,” which has already impacted over 2,500 high school and community college students throughout the nation.
  • We’ve built 40 Habitat for Humanity homes.
  • We’ve received a Gold-level Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
