Pros
Fully remote with flexible hours, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth, as well as fair salary and generous bonuses. Really fun e-commerce brands and great clients to work with. The owners also really care about the team and take measures to make it known and to make sure they are treated well by clients. Feedback is taken seriously and changes are made accordingly. The MOST organized and structured work flow that makes everything run efficiently and smoothly. Team bonding activities that are actually fun to participate in. Overall, great company culture!Cons
Due to the nature of working at an agency, sometimes the workload can be unpredictable, but the owners are very supportive and really work to avoid this. Clients can be difficult sometimes, since their businesses are at the center of the work, but solutions are always found and usually resolved quickly. Of course, working remotely can affect internal communication, especially with team members in different time zones, but daily Zoom meetings ensure everyone is on the same page.
