• MIMPoC:  The mission of this Employee Resource Group is to promote inclusion of employees of color, improve PoC representation at MIM, and celebrate diversity by engaging in activities that reflect different cultures. 
  
  
• MIMSAFE: The mission of this Employee Resource Group is to celebrate and support the vibrant community of LGBTQ employees at MIM, and to provide them with the resources needed for growth and development.
  
  
• MUTTS: Give back and help others during work hours with MUTTS — MIM United Together Through Service — at shelters, food banks, and much more.
  
  
• MIMSTRIDE: MIM STRIDE is a community of professionals who engage and participate in activities to help further connect and develop themselves. Members also share resources that anyone at MIM can take advantage of to learn, grow, and become more engaged in their careers.
