Pros
Back home! I returned to MKS after spending just over seven years at two other companies. The people I work with are great. There is little or no workplace conflict and in general everyone I encounter has a positive attitude. MKS offers better pay and benefits than the other companies I have experience with. Staffing is minimized and the workload is tough, but I feel well-compensated and rewarded for the job I am asked to do.Cons
Staffing - MKS has eliminated positions in economic downturns and carefully controls headcount additions. The company relies on contractor relationships to perform most facilities maintenance tasks.
