Positive outlook

Pros

Because they only work with Microsoft, yo get to work in important proyects. They are the only consulting company inMexico I've seen to offer cash bonuses for they employees work.

Cons

Because they only work with Microsoft, you don't see a lot of proyects and you can get stuck in a proyecto for 1, 2 o more years. Also, there is difficulty to grow if your are senior because there is almost no architecture or leadership positions because of Microsoft
