- Friendly colleagues - Quite open culture (You probably won't get fired for calling anyone out)

Cons

- Barely anyone knowns anything (Senior management sometimes doesn't even understand what the core product is Mollie offers) - Overly focussed on pushing new products, which do not add any value, are duct-taped together and non-maintainable - Weird mix of (fake) overly transparent and hidden politics/agendas - Too many friends/former colleague hires, especially in management positions - The words "Customer obsessed"
