Pros

The company has a great safety culture and puts safety at the forefront of any job planning and execution. Monolith are constantly trying to adapt and incorporate better processes to ensure safety of personnel in the different work locations.

Cons

Being a late stage start-up and the first ones to develop a new technology, the company is constantly learning and developing. This means unlike other industries which have been around for decades and have a large data set to fall back on, Monolith is having to build these frameworks from the ground up.
