I wouldnt recommend this company to patients. There are so many technical issues arising on a weekly basis that delay everything and inconvenience patients in major ways, from getting a treatment letter to order issues that are never notified to patients, its disgusting. There are so many channels on Slack and so many different updates and issues it's hard to keep track while being on the phone. The amount of verbal abuse coming from grown adults is insane, but I kinda get it because company's processes and timelines are terrible. The strict control around break times for us, the lowest paid, is disgusting. The allocation of a 15-minute break occurring shortly after starting work, is completely useless. I find this break to be unnecessary at such an early hour, as I have only just begun my workday. Eventually they want us and only us here at customer care to turn our cameras on for the duration of the shift..... that's how far gone they became. The learning platform has too many different sections and it takes forever to fully understand. Company has so many problems and so many different timeframes for resolution, is insane.
