With that in mind, we are pleased to announce the Mortenson Dental Partners Diversity Advisory Council! The Diversity Advisory Council is made up of team members from across the organization who will help MDP foster an environment that attracts the best talent, values diversity of life experiences and perspectives, and encourages innovation in pursuit of our overarching goals. The Council will promote increased recruitment, retention, and advancement of every discipline across the organization from groups underrepresented in dentistry, regional leadership, and top-level management.
