Positive outlook

Pros

My compassionate and professional colleagues, my department managers and all of the employees that commit to working at Mountainside - they have enriched my life in too many ways to count. But I will name a few. I started as a cac, I know have three licensures in three states and working toward my PHD after the opportunity to work on client outcomes was offered to many of us acrosss the entire staff. The food is the best on the planet - and I worked there for 7 years after working at a national provider - and I will categorically state the treatment at Mountainside is VERY special for all of its clients. Its program is so unique that it has been replicated throughout the industry

Cons

The biggest con is the gym shower for employees - after a massage or heavy workout, sometimes there can be a line for the shower - so your schedule may be impacted
