Pros
Having been part of the company for 5 years, I really can't think of a better job I've had or anywhere else I'd like to work. The mission of the company is totally genuine (no greenwashing here!) as shown with recent extra high B-corp score. The founders are open, collaborative and really listen to all of the team leaving everyone feeling valued and part of the growth plan. MBA is fully remote which could be challenging for some but they ensure there are regular in-person meetups which ensure social cohesion and the feeling that you're working with a bunch of mates. The whole team is filled with passionate committed people who quite simply love the outdoors and are focussed on getting more people outside. Couldn't ask for more :)Cons
Diversity & inclusion is lacking but there is a plan/steps happening to improve this.
