My time there I would say was a mixed bag. Some things good some things bad. Good I would say is your coworkers and the flexibility of your time teaching and other things

Cons

Management isnt good. A lot of last minute things so it gets chaotic, other kinds of management are rude and micro-manage, and no vacations. No winter and no summer so you are just exhausted a lot. Asking for time off can also be difficult, sometimes they will gaslight you into thinking just a few days is enough
