Music Tribe has provided employees with numerous possibilities to succeed, and working here has allowed us to hone and demonstrate our abilities. We also learned to adapt to change, which improved our job performance and efficiency. The company gives the employees opportunities to attend several seminars in order to better develop their talents and skills. Employees here are really friendly and kind, and they all work well together, which has resulted in a lot of success. This organization genuinely embraces digital technology; employees have access to cutting-edge equipment, software, programs, and apps that are deemed cutting-edge in comparison to other companies. This is a truly world-class organization, and I am very proud to be a part of it. I work as a web and graphic artwork specialist, and I'm in charge of providing assets to other departments as well as assets and mockup designs for our company's website and online marketplaces. My work here can be challenging at times, but with the aid of my colleagues, anything is possible. Using a task management tool like Wrike has made it much easier to keep track of and prioritize my projects. This tool is quite beneficial to me. I think the aspect of my job that I appreciate the most is that we work from home, which makes my job a lot easier and more enjoyable. I work with a fantastic group of people. We hold meetings on a regular basis to discuss and share project-related ideas. Our team is really strong, and we are quite close. We are always willing to help and support one another, which makes our team more efficient and successful. Coming to work at Music Tribe is a great experience since you always feel welcome and there is always someone willing to assist you. Employees are polite and upbeat, and top management is fantastic; you can definitely feel the work-life balance here. I believe that this company vision and direction have been thoroughly researched and is appropriate for customer and employee empowerment. This is a reason why Music Tribe will be a big success, because it thinks of everything to make customers happy, not just making a profit. Working at Music Tribe from home has its drawbacks, such as working long hours and dealing with time differences across nations; these are the two issues I observe. I understand that working long hours is not required by the company, but because employees are at home, they tend to do it gladly. Time differences between countries can also be a problem because you may need to contact someone for a project but they are not in your time zone, therefore you must wait for a response or schedule a time when you can chat or call each other.
