One of the things Narmi excels at as an organization is in its hiring of ultra-capable people who have a positive impact on culture, while remaining remote-first. The company is full of super friendly, super smart people who are willing to help at a moment's notice, and who are passionate about developing a best-in-class product. As an engineer earlier in my career, I've already been given a ton of ownership in terms of leading projects and establishing myself as a technical expert in various areas of our code, which has really supercharged my career growth. At the same time, I'm able to maintain a super reasonable work-life balance and have a great manager. Narmi is a great place to build your technical skillset, gain expertise in the digital banking industry, and work on some really cool projects!Cons
Occasional growing pains that are common with startups (can always be better at documentation, sometimes there are shorter-than-ideal project timelines, customers have a decent bit of say in what we build, which sometimes means the roadmap isn't entirely under our full control), but these more start-uppy things consistently abated as the company has grown over the past few years.
