Worst worst company to work with i am working for 1.8 years and at the time of increment your manager will call you the lady manager BAS dept Smitha PB (least deserving person) called and forcefully said to put tge resignation its the decision of company as the company revenue is not met and not because you are not talented. This lady to save her job she made us 9 people from her team to lay the resignation so that she can earn the daily bread for her family. What a ethical lady she is .. we should be proud to have. A manager like her. She never provides KT sessions to new joinee as she is afraid that we will learn and will be above her in performance. In fear of that whenever we call her with doubts she wont answer the teams calls.

Cons

Everything in the company is a Cons. Dont have any new projects and the projects they have is full of bugs and literally speaking a sinking ship is what we call this company
