Pros

The company is mission driven but is intense. They expect a lot out of their teams but leadership leads from the front always willing to roll up their sleeves to help. What we're doing is not easy but that is what makes the work rewarding and fun.

Cons

The tempo of the work here is not for everyone but if you like working hard and figuring out solutions to tough problems then this is a great company.

We have a DEIB committee in place to ensure that we are actively keeping DEIB top of mind in all that we do.
