Being here for many years, I've seen the ups and downs of the company philosophy, culture, product direction, and management changes. All companies have their hurdles and challenges with people, expectations, goals and deliveries. Newforma is not unique in that sense. Where Newforma is unique is they recognize the value of its the people, the software and technology and our corporate values and culture. Newforma cares about us, our careers and growth, providing what we need to perform our jobs and having fun while doing it. Are there some that don't flourish in this environment? Sure. Just like any other company and just maybe Newforma isn't right for them. I'm very excited to be part of this company and seeing it's successes over the years. It's a great time to start a career here. We are always looking for great people.
