The company was divided into two divisions: Software and Hardware. When sharing the same client or prospect, I feel that the two divisions of the company could have found a way to work together to keep the same clients under one account manager to increase our sales and maintain client retention instead of claiming it as "Conflict of Interest". I believe there are solutions that work well for all in the end
