Collaborative, great office culture, MP is awesome, NP really cares about their people so much so that after working there for a few months, it felt like their purpose was the satisfaction of their people. There are some really brilliant attorneys who genuinely care about their clients and their colleagues, the benefits and fringe benefits are great. Love, love, love NP AND the offices are BEAUTIFUL!!!!Cons
NP doesn't like to tell their attorneys no which can sometimes cause undue burdens on staff but I don't think NP is unique in this regard. Most law firms tend to bend favorably to the attorneys no matter how low or non-existent the ROI may be.Nixon Peabody Awards & Accolades
