This is my 3rd contracting company and Noblis really cares about their employees. They provide the employees the resources to succeed. The salary and benefits are good and they show why they are the most ethical company. The senior management ensures that their employees are happy and engaged in their work. I love what I do and always look forward to waking up to start my day At Noblis

For example, the team implemented an anonymous resume submittal program. They also provide educational opportunities through speaker events, inclusive discussions, learning resources and required competencies.

Noblis encourages and guides the creation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are voluntary, employee-led groups based on shared interests. ERG members partner with the company on recruitment and retention initiatives, provide informal mentoring opportunities and focus on overall community engagement. We have several ERGs, including Blacks at Noblis, Women in STEM, Hispanic and Latin American Origin, Noblis PRIDE, Military and Veterans and more.

Work Life Balance

  • PTO & Holidays: Noblis provides full-time employees with ten paid holidays each calendar year, as well as an accrued PTO amount of up to 20 days within your first year. 
  • Flexible Work Schedule & Telecommuting: Noblis offers alternative work schedules, flexible work hours, and telecommuting options. 
  • Family Leave: Noblis offers up to two weeks of paid family leave when approved for leave under the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act. Types of leave include the birth of a child; to bond with a newborn or adopted child; or to care for a spouse, child, or parent due to a serious health condition. 

Wealth

  • Competitive Retirement Matching: Noblis offers both a generous basic retirement program, as well as matching based on your contribution. Noblis contributes the equivalent of 3% of your base wages. Additionally, for your voluntary contributions, Noblis will match $0.50 on every dollar, up to 6%. Employees are fully vested from day one.  
  • Corporate Incentive & Referral Programs: Bonus and recognition programs are designed to give  appreciation and acknowledgement of actions and behaviors that further our mission. Our Corporate Incentive Plan offers an incentive based on the success of the organization over the fiscal year. Hiring Process
Our Hiring Process

1. Create a Profile & Submit Application: Thanks for applying! After you submit your resume, it will be reviewed by one of our recruiters. A recruiter may contact you for more information. Resumes of the most-qualified candidates will be forwarded to hiring managers, who will then select candidates to be interviewed.

2. Schedule an Interview: If you are selected, a recruiter will contact you to schedule an interview with our managers. You and the recruiter will coordinate the logistics of an on-site visit. We look forward to learning about you and your experience, skills, interests, achievements, and goals!

Our interview process includes meeting with stakeholders to review the program and better understand your skill sets and how you can fit in our team.

3. After the Interview: Hiring managers may request additional interviews for more information or for you to meet other Noblis staff.

4. The Decision: Hiring managers will make the hiring decision. If you were interviewed, a recruiter will contact you to let you know if you have or have not been selected for the position. If you were not selected, your application will still remain active in our system for future positions in your field.

5. The Offer: Congratulations! Selected candidates will receive an offer package that includes your offer letter, detailed benefits information, and miscellaneous new employee forms.

6. Your First Day: Welcome to the team! All new employees are encouraged to start on a Monday, when we typically hold our New Employee Orientation where you’ll learn about life at Noblis.
