If you want to be at a place where your individual merit is reflected and rewarded, Noibu is the place to shine. Leadership will recognize those that deliver results, adapt to new changes fast, and contribute ideas to improve the business. Think like a founder, take ownership for your work and the outcomes around you, and you'll be valued and treated like a founder yourself. Even though this place is beyond an early stage start-up, thinking like an entrepreneur and getting things done is still very much the culture here.

Cons

If you're looking for a safety net or a big-tech cushion of an experience, this is not the place for you and don't come in with that false expectation. Performance is still cut-throat, results are measured, and attitudes towards taking action are observed. Changes are also rampant, so be ready to adapt to them if you want to survive.
