Pros

* Unique challenges of security products * Employees in Berlin office are fun * Trips to Vilnius twice a year - decent parties there * Good quality branded gifts (backpacks, as example)

Cons

* Decision-making is not transparent and very from the top to the bottom * The management is mainly located in Lithuania, and doesn't seem to be ready to work in international environment * The way the teams are organised (in some of the products) just sets up the product development for failure: "agile" teams consisting from 15+ people working on 5 platforms in parallel with a different pace - no Product Owner would be capable of understanding all the platforms and of keeping the backlog in a good shape * Not-too-honest communication from C-level management (of password management/secure storage products): as one of the products was shrinking, the C-level management has publicly communicated that there will be no layoffs and everyone would be moved into other teams, but then some people were still laid off, just not as publicly
