Positive outlook

Pros

Northspyre has built an incredibly intuitive yet robust project management solution for real estate owners, developers, and project management professionals. The space is largely greenfield with most teams predominantly reliant on spreadsheets and stitched together point solutions for managing projects. As with any new vertical SaaS solution in an old school industry, in the early years, there was some hesitation and lack of awareness around technology and marriage to old school processes - but the industry and mindset has shifted quickly and Northspyre has incredible amount of headroom and runway to continue growing and firmly establishing its product and brand as the category leader.

Cons

There are few functional areas in the company where we can continue to level up but we've brought in some great VP hires over the last 12 months that have already made a big impact.
