Faculty Group Practice (FGP) and Ambulatory Locations
At NYU Langone Health, we maintain exceptional outpatient facilities throughout the NYC metro area, all five boroughs, and communities in the Hudson Valley. At present, NYU Langone owns and leases more than 6 million square feet throughout the 5 boroughs, which includes our Ambulatory and Faculty Group Practice sites. The Faculty Group Practice (FGP) is a group of more than 2,200 physicians in more than 230 sites owned and operated as part of NYU Langone. NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital

NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn
In 1883, Norwegian deaconess Sister Elisabeth Fedde founded a hospital in southwest Brooklyn whose sole purpose was caring for the community. Today, NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn remains committed to its core mission while continuing to grow and expand its services and technological capabilities. We take special pride in providing culturally sensitive care to the diverse patient base we have served since our founding. We are leaders in delivering comprehensive stroke and neurovascular care, and our emergency department has the support of a fully accredited Level I Trauma Center equipped to handle the most severe cases. Family Health Centers at NYU Langone
Family Health Centers at NYU Langone provides high-quality, affordable outpatient primary healthcare and support services. Family Health Centers at NYU Langone is a Level 3 Medical Home, where unlike other health care facilities, each patient is provided with a cohesive team of doctors that work together with the patients' best interest in mind. A medical home also enables patients to form a relationship with their physicians and specialists, fostering better communication and follow-up care. Family Health Centers at NYU Langone is one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Center networks in the nation, the largest dental residency program in the country, and the largest school health program in New York. With over 100,000 patients, our network handles 600,000 doctor’s visits annually. A recognized leader in cultural competence, we are committed to serving Brooklyn’s ethnically diverse communities through a bilingual, bi-cultural and culturally cross-trained professional staff.
Family Health Centers at NYU Langone is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n) and a member of the National Health Service Corps. This health center receives Health and Human Services (HHS) funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island provides inpatient and outpatient medical care to adults and children throughout NYU Langone's network of Long Island healthcare facilities.
Formerly known as Winthrop-University Hospital, NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is a 591-bed medical center located in Mineola. Our doctors represent nearly every specialty and subspecialty of medicine and surgery. At our Level 1 Trauma Center, we provide the highest level of care to adults and children who have serious or life-threatening injuries. The trauma center is part of our Department of Emergency Medicine and is verified by the American College of Surgeons.
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is home to one of the premier cardiac programs in the region, and we have one of the top transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) centers in the country. A leader in diabetes treatment and education, NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island was the first major teaching hospital in New York State to earn The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™ for our advanced inpatient diabetes care. NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island’s main campus also includes an on-site dialysis center and the Cancer Center for Kids.
Our CyberKnife® Center, which provides noninvasive treatment for cancers of the prostate, breast, brain, spine, and soft tissues, was the first of its kind in the New York metro area and, with facilities in both Mineola, Long Island, and Manhattan, is now the largest CyberKnife® Center in the United States.
Our Breast Health Center was the first in Nassau County to be certified by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers. It is also the first on Long Island to be named a Hidden Scar™ Center of Excellence in recognition of our expertise in providing advanced breast cancer surgery that removes cancerous tissue but limits visible scarring.
In addition to services at our main campus, NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island has multiple outpatient sites. This includes an ambulatory surgery center in Garden City for same-day medical procedures and a second CyberKnife® Center in Manhattan. Maternal–fetal medicine experts at NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island also treat women experiencing high-risk and complicated pregnancies at NYU Langone Huntington Medical Group.
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is also home to NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine, which offers a three-year medical education program for those who want to pursue careers in the fields of primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, or obstetrics and gynecology.
