Only been here two months but already feel part of the business Brilliant culture- People will go out their way to help you and are such a friendly bunch Training & development opportunities Everyone's suggestions taken onboard Unlimited holidays (and extra bank holidays!) Work/life balance encouraged more than any business I've been in A company clearly on the up and more opportunities to progress

Cons

Would be good to have roadmaps for career progression, but these are in the pipeline for the coming months so not a big deal.
