Pros
I've worked at a bunch of startups in my career and Obsess is my favorite by far. The team is working on interesting problems and pioneering a new space (virtual/experiential ecommerce & the metaverse). Everyone, from leadership down, cares about the team and the culture. The company is transparent about goals/metrics/etc. On a weekly basis we have an all hands meeting where the CEO or team members present on various topics.Cons
