+ work with smart, gritty people who are excited to tackle an ambitious mission + actually rooted in the AI/ML space. This isn't a fluffy company trying to hop on the AI train + a great product with lots upside potential + moves FAST. able to get things done quickly, without needing to jump through a ton of hoops + small, but mighty team. lots of visibility and opportunity to work on high-impact, strategic projects. + ability to wear different hats, lots of ownership. Can uplevel and scale your career fast. + able to build out foundational processes that will scale as we get larger + great funding, VC-backed + intentional with how quickly we are scalingCons
- things move/change quickly, if you're not able to adapt then you might struggle - it is an early stage start up, so we don't have as much of the resources of a larger company. Things will need to/are in the process of being built, so must be comfortable working in ambiguity. That being said, the leadership team is receptive to feedback to make sure they are prioritizing the right things).
