The people working at OfferZen are generally great people who care a lot about their work.

Cons

- Good leadership is lacking. - For a while now, the job market has looked very different for software developers compared to when OfferZen first started (more developers, fewer jobs available). Nowadays, it isn't as difficult to find good talent as it used to be. However, OfferZen struggled to adapt their value proposition to account for this new market reality. - They don't promote from within. - Salaries aren't market-related.
