OneTrust’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Program provides a common framework to promote, encourage, embed, and support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for all employees. This program sets out OneTrust’s mission and objectives for enhancing workplace diversity, equal opportunity, and inclusiveness, and provides guidelines on how it will achieve these objectives. The program also establishes how it will measure the progress and accommodates scale and growth of employee-led initiatives.

The members of our employee-led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council serve as subject matter experts and advisors to develop best practices and provide strategic governance and oversight of the organization’s DEI strategy. The DEI Council members strive to uphold the core responsibilities of the DEI program by:

• Driving accountability and progress towards our DEI goals at the executive and management levels throughout OneTrust
• Servicing as advocates for our Employee Trust Groups
• Fairly allocate committed budget by OneTrust for DEI efforts

Our Employee Resource Groups are called Employee Trust Groups or ETGs. All OneTrust employees are invited to join ETGs, where advocates, allies, and interested teammates can build community, host events, and participate in learning and networking opportunities that strengthen our OneTrust culture and communities. Our current ETGs are:
