This company is filled with high level managers, and and an exec team that truly works hard towards the goal and final vision of the company. The company is pretty new, so they have a long way to go in their internal processes and in developing their subsidiary brands. With that in mind, it really does feel like the most people at the company are truly working towards one collective goal. They also generally value their team members, especially those that work hard to meet the company goals. You also get big opportunities to get experience working in such an exciting space. With partnerships on the horizon, this is the place to be to sharpen your skillet and get really great experience under your belt. The benefits are also pretty good.Cons
Hours can sometimes be long, and your mental health can sometimes come at the cost of completing projects or meeting super tight deadlines. I think that’s just the nature of a startup and especially a startup in the gaming space. Sometimes, there’s just too much work it’s almost impossible to accomplish everything expected of you.
