OSK really values its people. They're all about transparency in all things. They are a very smart and talented crew that I learned a lot from. My time at OSK was the high point of my career as a technologist. I made a lot of cherished memories and life long friends. It was a privilege to work with such smart, talented, and positive people. I really miss working at OSK. My manager supported me, and took an active interest in my personal and career development. We had a lot of collegiality and we shared our subject matter expertise between team members. We all learned a great deal and got to collaborate on a cool project.Cons
We weren't prepared for the economic downturn of 2022. Maybe we mis-planned our finances? Maybe we should not have expanded so aggressively? I can't really blame them. Hindsight is 20/20, after all.
