There are dynamic opportunities for upward growth if you are open to expanding your skillset and committing to the company. Regular top-down communication about the health of the business, what work is being done in other teams, new initiatives & projects, and goals & core values. Lots of momentum in the commitments from the HR department - scaling to an appropriate level of maturity quickly. Not too corporate, overly authentic and supportive. Generous benefits including 100% paid individual and 50% family medical, dental/vision, $5k in travel credits, flexible time-off schedule, 401k match, and other general benefits including mental health support.

Cons

Startup life means there are semi-regular pivots or seasons where the job description may be a little more fluid. Not a con to many, but something to consider and be prepared for when reviewing options.
